Happy Monday folks! I wanted to officially post my first blog entry for WAFF sports! Why a blog you may ask? And I say why not! I’ve wanted to do this since the end of the college football season last year, and knew that I would get it up and running as we start the 2012-2013 season.
What will you find on this blog? EVERYTHING. Of course I will focus on what I get paid for and that’s the happenings in sports, but we will have fun with things in pop culture, posted videos and just as I would like to call acts of randomness.
So lets start with today… WAFF’s own Scott Theisen has been down in Birmingham for today’s annual SWAC Media Days, and will have a full rundown of the event tonight at 6 and 10 on WAFF 48 news. Looks Like Alabama A&M will once again have to prove doubters wrong in the SWAC Eastern Division, as Alabama State was picked to finish first in the division. Still the Bulldogs have a number of student athletes picked on the preseason All Conference teams.
